Mansion Sports – Jack Grealish has returned to Everton, with the attacking midfielder joining the club on loan from Manchester City. Grealish also played for David Moyes’ side on loan last season.

At Manchester City, where he has one year remaining on his contract, Grealish is no longer confident of securing a place as a regular starter.

The 39-cap England international now hopes to return to regular football at Everton.

The former Aston Villa player has made two official appearances since returning to Manchester City but has failed to contribute a goal in 53 minutes of playing time. Last weekend, he was left out of the matchday squad.

Grealish Impressed at the Start of Last Season’s Loan Spell

Last season, the loanee made an excellent start to his career at Everton and was named Player of the Month in August. He recorded two goals and six assists in 20 appearances before a foot injury disrupted his campaign in February.

“It feels really good. I am very happy. I think in every aspect of life, not just in football, I can show my best when I feel loved. That is what the manager, my teammates, and especially the fans have given me,” Grealish said on Everton’s website.

Grealish Hopes to Make Everton Supporters Happy

“Every time I see an Everton supporter, I feel genuine love; the way they welcomed me from the first game against Leeds, I will never forget it. It means a lot to me and hopefully I have been able to make some Everton supporters happy,” added the new signing.

Sunday could provide Grealish with an opportunity to make his Everton debut. Manchester United will visit Hill Dickinson Stadium on that day.
