Real Madrid Confirm Two Initial Signings for Next Season
Mansion Sports – Real Madrid have confirmed two early additions to their squad for next season, both of whom are already familiar figures to Madridista supporters.
Los Blancos will bring back midfielder Nico Paz, while young forward Endrick Felipe is scheduled to return to the Santiago Bernabeu after completing his loan spell in France.
General manager Jose Angel Sanchez, chief scout Juni Calafat, and President Florentino Perez are now entering an intensive planning phase ahead of the upcoming competitive season.
Internal assessments within the club indicate that the current squad composition is still not entirely ideal.
Although the leadership believes the team’s quality is sufficient to compete on all fronts, Real Madrid are certain to invest again after previously spending €165 million during last summer’s transfer window.
Endrick to Return from Loan Spell at Lyon
According to reports from Diario AS, Endrick’s return will be the first move to be finalized by the club’s management.
The 19-year-old Brazilian forward received limited playing time during the Carlo Ancelotti era.
After being sidelined for four months due to a hamstring injury between May and September, Endrick accumulated a total of just 110 minutes of playing time under Xabi Alonso. This situation prompted him to agree to a temporary move to Olympique Lyon.
In France, Endrick made a very promising start. He managed to score five goals and provide one assist in his first six matches.
That performance has been regarded by the Real Madrid board as clear evidence of his quality and significant potential.
With Kylian Mbappe currently the only truly consistent source of goals for Alvaro Arbeloa, Endrick’s return is considered likely to provide an important additional option in the attacking line.
Nico Paz to Become the First Signing of 2026
Real Madrid’s first signing for 2026 will be completed through the activation of the buy-back clause for attacking midfielder Nico Paz.
The Argentine international won the Serie A Young Player of the Season award last season and has continued to show positive performance development during the current campaign.
Previously, Real Madrid sold Paz for a transfer fee of €5 million. Now, the club can activate a buy-back clause worth €9 million, a figure that is considered highly economical.
The arrival of Nico Paz is expected to increase competition in the attacking line, particularly for players such as Arda Guler and Brahim Diaz in the battle for places in the final third of the pitch.
